Our classes

Our classes are either 45, 60 or 75 minutes long, so please check the title for the length of an individual class when booking via our schedule.

Dynamic Yoga

These classes will have a high intensity and may contain complicated, complex and challenging shapes and transitions. Expect to sweat and feel energized. These classes may not be suitable for those who don't already have a regular movement practice. If that's you, you might like to try another style first.


Flow Yoga

Juicy, fluid sequences to help you explore the body in a careful and mindful manner. These classes will still challenge you whilst also enabling tranquility and encouraging stillness. Suitable for everyone.


Slow Yoga

Stripping it all back to the basics with a much bigger focus on softness and finding calm within the practice. A bigger focus on breath and a much lower intensity. Suitable for everyone.


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga first appeared around the end of the 80s and early 90s as a counter to the explosion of Dynamic practices. This practice is about stillness, where postures are held for long periods, sometimes as long as 10 minutes. Lots of props are used to help support you maintain this. This is for the revolutionary of you out there, a time to explore the self, whilst doing the minimum, a very counter culture idea in these times!


Yang to Yin Yoga

Bringing the worlds of Hatha and Yin Yoga together. The class starts with a fluid, flowing practice to help the practitioner find their stillness when transitioning to Yin. Start in the heat of the Sun and move round to the cool of the Moon. Suitable for everyone.


Dynamic Barre

Get off to a bang! High energy, high intensity, lots of fun and then the inevitable Barre Burn feeling to go home with. If you are new to Barre this may not be the right class for you depending on the extent of your current movement practice and previous experience.


Flow Barre

More dance, more fluidity, more joy. Suitable for all and great for first timers. Get up, get down, move it all around.

These classes will have a high intensity level and may contain complicated, complex and challenging shapes and transitions. Expect to sweat and feel energized. These classes may not be suitable for those who don't already have a regular movement practice. If that's you, you might like to try another style first.


Flow Pilates

Juicy, fluid sequences to help you explore the body in a careful and mindful manner. These classes will still challenge you and get the best out of you just like Mr. Pilates would have wanted. Suitable for everyone.
