Alex Harvey
Alex was first introduced to Yoga in his late teens and although the start was a bit on and off it quickly became a full time on. Alex believes Yoga is something you live not just practice and will happily spend hours discussing Yogic philosophy and theory to any one who will let him. Alex's classes all start from the same base, “first we must find the body in space, then you can find the mind in the body and finally you can find space in the mind”. His classes will always be about trying to find your Satya (truth) no matter where you find yourself in life, no matter how messy or confused.

Bes Bega
My life transformed over 6 years ago at my first yoga class, where for once I able to capture some peace in my mind and body. So excited by this new found love the journey inwards began. This journey to explore yoga and the depths of it eventually leading me to get the full yoga teacher training in India. Spending over 3 months in India to strengthen and learn from true maters in Yoga to bring through the authenticity into my classes. Over 550 Hours of Yoga teacher training ranging from all forms of yoga styles from Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra and sound healing.
My favourite yoga style is yin yoga,it helps to balance the busy London lifestyle to a a healthy and better balance of life. Literally the yin to my yang world. I truly believe that to get the best out of any class we have to be gentle to ourselves and our bodies. Some days the flow just flows but sometimes it’s a bit edgier and not as smooth but it’s always coming back to being gentle with ourselves and grateful to the journey

Cecilia Foderaro
Ciao! I'm Cecilia, a bubbly Italian (you'll find out how much I talk about Italy if you come to one of my classes!) that has been living in London for the past 10 years. Pilates has been an integral part of my life for the past 16 years, ever since my days as a ballet dancer. For me it's not just a workout routine, but it's a practice that grounds me and keeps me feeling good amidst the hustle that is London. After practicing Pilates for over a decade, I decided to qualify as a teacher in both Reformer and Mat to fully understand the practice and to be able to share the benefits of it with as many people as I can. I have obtained my Mat and Reformer qualifications from HFE at the end of 2023 and I have started teaching right away. In July 2024, I have obtained my qualification to teach pre and post natal women from TenPilates. Pilates serves as a safe space where I can find balance and calmness. In my sessions, I love to keep it fun and flowy and I will always aim at firing up your entire body.

Delicia Sefiha
From performing on stage to boogying with 4 year olds in kids dance classes, I love movement in all its shapes and forms. Originally from sunny Greece and based in (not so sunny) London, I’m currently working as a dance artist and educator while developing my practice in Pilates. My classes are open and playful, and aim to create space for participants to access, exercise and enjoy movement! Together, we will be working towards building strong, functional bodies and finding pleasure in moving them .

Georgia Gojkovic
Georgia is knowledgeable, bubbly and creative Yoga, Pilates and Barre teacher. With Georgia no two classes are alike. Although she has a very unique style and different approach to teaching you can be sure that every class is safe and tailored to the abilities of all participants. This is because Georgia is a committed lifelong learner and she stays up to date with relevant CPD training. She is a member of EMD UK, a network of movement professionals committed to exceeding industry standards.
Georgia often describes her classes as a conversation rather than just a teacher telling students what to do. She feels that the class is a creation designed and executed through the commitment and co-operation of all present. In my Pilates classes we focus strongly on a seamless flow of exercises that build up on levels. I want everyone to feel encouraged to challenge their abilities with more complex moves at the same time feeling safe to tune in to their bodies being able to align with it and meet its needs. I make my classes a space to take a step away from every day’s hectic pace of life allowing you to take a moment to yourself and leave with a positive energy feeling refreshed and strong.

I'm Isabelle, a professional dancer, Barre and Pilates instructor. With a lifelong passion for movement, I've honed my skills through years of professional dance and musical theatre training. I love encouraging people to reach their potential and find immense joy in witnessing their progress. My mission is to help individuals enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence through exercise whilst enjoying the process and the banging playlists!

Marchela is a certified Pilates instructor and professional dancer with 5 years of experience in holistic wellness. Guided by a deep connection to mind, body, and spirit, she blends Pilates, dance, breath work, meditation, and Reiki to create a sacred space for healing and transformation. Her practice invites balance, energy alignment, and a sense of inner peace, offering a rejuvenating journey that goes beyond the physical and touches the soul. Through mindfulness and spiritual connection, Marchela inspires others to awaken their true potential.

Peter ‘Power’ Adetoye
Peter is a Yoga Teacher and Biomedical Scientist who aims to inspire others to explore their strength, focus, and self-awareness on and off the mat. His classes centre on themed sequences that align breath with movement and encourage stillness within poses.

Rory McNerney
Hi, I’m Rory! I’m a fitness instructor with a deep passion for BarreCore and a variety of other formats, including HIIT, Spin, and Dance Fitness. My goal is to create dynamic and enjoyable workouts that challenge all fitness levels while ensuring everyone feels supported and encouraged.
I have a strong passion for exploring movement in all its forms, constantly learning new ways to move, stretch, and strengthen the body. This curiosity drives me to bring fresh energy into every class, helping my clients discover new ways to connect with their bodies and feel empowered through movement.
I love personalizing each class experience, offering feedback and adjustments so you can progress at your own pace. What excites me most about teaching is seeing people push past their limits, achieve their goals, and leave feeling stronger and more confident.

Sarah Harvey-Franklin
I'm Sarah, a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping students unlock the transformative power of yoga. Outside of teaching, I enjoy painting, surfing, and cooking for friends. In my classes, I blend pranayama, philosophy, and my love for the science behind yoga. My practice is inspired by this quote: "the body is our first instrument; through yoga, we learn to play it, drawing from it maximum resonance and harmony." As a teacher, it’s my mission to support as many people on their pathway to this.

Shu Campbell
Shu has been passionate about movement from a young age, but it wasn't until her late 20s that she discovered the transformative power of yoga. Seeking something beyond high-intensity workouts, she found yoga to be a practice that not only strengthened her body but also nurtured her mind and soul.
Since 2020, Shu has been guiding students through their yoga journeys, and she recently transitioned from the corporate world to pursue teaching full-time. With firsthand experience of the stresses of corporate life, she understands the importance of balance and mindfulness. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where students feel empowered to listen to their bodies. Her approach emphasizes mindful movement, self-awareness, and connection—reminding students that yoga isn’t about achieving the perfect pose, but about deepening their relationship with themselves.

Sonja Sorvola
Sonja Sorvola is a creative soul with over 10 years of experience in teaching various styles of dance, yoga and Barre. Sonja holds an MA in Acting, a BA in Dance and completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa with HiYoga in Oslo. She has since expanded her repertoire by training in Yin, Restorative, Prenatal and Trauma-Informed yoga. Besides teaching at Ferns, Sonja works as a theatre director, choreographer and performing arts teacher and coaches private clients. She is also a trainee psychotherapist, advocating for holistic wellbeing.
